| My magazine needed a few towels for a home shoot that I was working on, and they needed to be bright, pillowy looking, and in the studio quick. We were working out of an office in Alaska, so there are very few options when it comes to designer home stores. I was weary of ordering online because there was a time issue, so when I found Aegean Apparel’s website, I called and asked that it be rush shipped and stressed the importance of the limited days I had to bring it in. Their warehouse is in Ohio, and I was very relieved to find that I received my items in about three days. This company is phenomenal and the towels photograph beautifully. |

| When I saw those solid velour bathrobes, I knew I had to have one. I don’t work for a company or anything, I just wanted to buy one solid velour bathrobe in white. I emailed Aegean from their website, and I was contacted with an email in about four hours (quick timing!). I explained my situation, this was for my wife’s birthday and this is exactly what she wanted. This bathrobe came in the mail two days later. I was so surprised, wholesalers normally will not ship one piece out to a random guy, and they didn’t charge me my 401k for the hassle. Long story short, my wife has a lovely white bathrobe and I am a fan of Aegean Apparel |

| I just want to thank you for your help in locating a seller for a bathrobe I had been searching for.I was able to purchase the robe from Aegean Store (http://www.aegeanstore.com) and it arrived just in time for my daughter's birthday. | My wife and I organize a fund raiser every year to help disabled children. We always put together a relatively inexpensive dinner, dessert, cocktail, and gift bag for four hundred dollars a head, with all proceeds going to charity. | I just wanted to comment on your customer service. At the company I'm with now, I almost always work over the phone with wholesale company reps that either rush me through everything or are constantly forgetting specifics and misreading orders. Two months ago, I had contacted someone through this website and instead of being passed around like usual, your customer service rep walked me through the buying process step by step. She was very nice, polite, and there wasn't any type of the usual language barrier (dealing with wholesale companies almost always means a language barrier for me). The products are all made in Turkey and I was extremely surprised with the quick turn around time. The specifics of my order did change (it was my company's fault) about a week after sending, but the corrections were sent directly to your Turkish factory and it didn't delay my receive date at all. After about 30 years in this industry, I am convinced that chivalry is not dead at Aegean Apparel. I look forward to dealing with you and your company again. |
